For customers of ADDMINO-18, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies. This means that you have 14 days to notify us that you want to return the package after receiving the order. After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back.
If you wish to return something, we will need some information to process it correctly. This way, we can ensure that we know who returned the package. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Include the original packing slip with the shipment and indicate that it is a return. If you no longer have the packing slip, download the return form, fill it out, and include it with the order. You can cut off the bottom part and use it as an address label.
Step 2: The product can only be returned if it is unopened and, if possible, in the original shipping packaging. Please make sure to pack everything securely!
Step 3: Take the package to a PostNL point and send it back. The cost of this return shipment will be at your expense.
Upon receipt of the products, we will send you a confirmation by email. We will also refund the paid amount within 14 days after the return notification.
During the cooling-off period, please handle the product with care. We cannot accept returns for opened products where the seal has been broken (the closure of the packaging).
